StrideOne - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Capital Markets

About the role:

StrideOne is looking for a driven individual with strong financial sense to help build the liability side of our business. You will work with internal teams and external lenders to ensure a cost-efficient and timely flow of debt capital.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain the compliance and reporting tracker for all monthly and quarterly lender compliances.

- Prepare regular reporting and coordinate information flow between management and lenders.

- Manage the documentation and materials required for debt raising.

- Understand data requests from prospective lenders, gather the required information and prepare comprehensive responses.

- Ensure every task, deliverable and document is completed with the highest level of accuracy.

Qualifications and experience:

- Required: Bachelor's degree with specialisation in Finance.

- Preferred: Master's degree with specialisation in Finance.

- Good to have: Prior experience in Capital Markets, Treasury or an NBFC.

- Open question: the MRF does not state years of experience - confirm the range with the hiring manager before posting.

Skills and competencies:

Technical:

- Expertise in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios.

Behavioural:

- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at once, with excellent attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to synthesise information into clear, coherent presentations.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
