Stride Ventures - Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience across AIF, Private Equity, Private Credit or Venture Funds to join our finance team in Gurgaon as Assistant Manager - Finance.

The role carries hands-on ownership of key operational processes, including NAV and waterfall calculations, fund accounting, month-end closing and financial statement analysis.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Strong working knowledge of AIF, Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Fund structures, regulations and fund accounting principles

- Hands-on experience with Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, waterfall calculation and month-end closing processes

- Sound understanding of Income Tax and GST compliance requirements

- Ability to independently manage periodic book review, reporting, and distribution cycles

- Strong financial statement analysis and interpretation skills

- High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills

- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
