About the Role:
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and engineering delivery for our Receivables Management platform, covering invoice processing, reconciliation, payments, settlements, ageing, and collections. This is a hands-on product and engineering leadership role requiring strong technical and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.
- Translate business needs into scalable workflows and user-friendly solutions.
- Lead engineering across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Drive integrations with ERP, banking, payments, lending, finance, and customer systems.
- Ensure financial accuracy, reconciliation, controls, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Collections, Credit, Risk, and Business teams.
- Stay hands-on with architecture, code reviews, debugging, and critical issue resolution.
- Mentor the engineering team and drive timely, high-quality delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years across software engineering, product, and engineering leadership.
- Prior experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Lead, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and production systems.
- Experience in receivables, invoice financing, Supply Chain Finance, payments, ERP, or fintech platforms preferred.
- Strong product thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in NBFCs, fintechs, banks, or financial technology companies is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree/PG in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
