Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and streamline end-to-end warehouse operations at our Gurugram facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimum inventory accuracy, smooth order fulfillment, efficient stock movement, and adherence to safety standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock replenishment.

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to support business needs.

- Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and workflow.

Inventory & Stock Control:

- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.

- Monitor stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), product expiry management, and damage control.

- Use inventory management tools to track stock movement and generate required reports.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

- Foster a disciplined, safety-first culture within the team.

Logistics & Shipment Management:

- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound and outbound shipments.

- Manage transportation scheduling, documentation, and dispatch accuracy.

- Ensure packaging quality and minimize transit-related issues.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

- Conduct safety drills and enforce equipment handling guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- MBA in supply chain management

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors.

- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.

- Hands-on experience with forklift operations and warehouse equipment (preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and basic MS Office tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
