Role Overview:

The Consulting Manager will lead client engagements and internal strategy initiatives, serving as the primary point of accountability for project delivery quality, client relationships, and team output. Working closely with senior leadership, this role drives end-to-end consulting work from problem structuring and research design through to final recommendations and implementation support for clients across the Middle East. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role suited to someone who combines strong analytical rigour with executive-level communication and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage client engagements across strategy, organizational, and market entry mandates, owning delivery quality from scoping through to final output.

- Structure complex business problems, design research frameworks, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for C-suite and government stakeholders.

- Develop and review high-impact deliverables including strategy decks, proposals, board presentations, and executive briefings.

- Manage and mentor junior analysts and consultants, providing ongoing feedback, structured guidance, and quality control on all workstreams.

- Build and sustain trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities to extend engagements and grow accounts.

- Support business development through proposal writing, capability statements, and pitch preparation.

- Drive internal knowledge development including sector research, benchmarking, and thought leadership materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 25 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or advisory.

- Demonstrated ability to manage the full consulting lifecycle: scoping, hypothesis-driven analysis, synthesis, and stakeholder communication.

- Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating ambiguous briefs into well-framed strategies.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to present confidently to senior executives and government clients.

- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for client-facing deliverables.

- Prior exposure to GCC, MENA, or emerging market contexts is a strong advantage.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
