Role Overview
This role is part of the Founders Office and will work as an extension of the founder mirroring their thinking, priorities, and execution rigor across the organization. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives, track business performance, manage KPIs, and ensure cross-functional alignment. The role demands high ownership, strong analytical capability, and the ability to work seamlessly with leadership teams across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought and execution partner to the Founder, representing their office in key forums and reviews.
- Translate the Founders vision into executable priorities and track progress across functions.
- Drive critical, high-impact strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
KPI Management & Performance Tracking
- Set up dashboards, review mechanisms, and cadence for weekly/monthly performance reviews.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and proactively flag them to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance, projects, supply, and people teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Follow up on commitments, unblock issues, and drive accountability across departments.
- Enable faster decision-making through structured analysis and clear communication.
Business Reviews & Reporting
- Prepare founder-level reviews, board decks, and leadership presentations.
- Conduct deep dives on business performance, unit economics, ROI, and growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 5 to 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, founders office, CEOs office, or business planning roles.
- Prior experience in high-growth startups preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage data-driven decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.
- High ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive presence.
- MBA from a top-tier institute preferred.
