Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, operational excellence, and institutional reform.
- Advise government bodies, defence organizations, and public sector enterprises on modernization, organizational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Drive defence procurement reform, indigenization, localization, and Make in India programs to strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead policy advisory assignments, sectoral roadmaps, investment strategies, and ecosystem development initiatives across aerospace, defence, aviation, and space.
- Manage end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Build and manage relationships with senior government officials, defence leadership, regulators, and CXOs of global and domestic aerospace companies.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams while delivering high-quality strategic outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
- 6-20 years of experience in Aerospace, Defence, Aviation, or Management Consulting.
- Experience working with leading consulting firms such as KPMG, PwC, BCG, or other reputed strategy and advisory firms.
- Proven experience advising the Ministry of Defence, defence PSUs, armed forces, or other government organizations on strategic transformation initiatives.
