Location- Mumbai, acting as a strategic pivot between leadership vision and operational execution. In this role, you will drive high-impact initiatives that span across corporate strategy, performance management, and organizational transformation

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end strategic projects by collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency.

- Manage the performance tracking framework by synthesizing financial data and operational metrics to provide the leadership team with actionable insights for decision-making.

- Drive organizational change management initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams with new business processes, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate a strong command of strategic finance and financial modeling to evaluate the ROI of operational changes and support data-backed business decisions

- Hold an MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institute, which complements your ability to think critically and solve unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.

- Thrive in an on-site work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating the agility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
