Role Overview:

This Strategy role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of our organization. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth market analysis, and providing recommendations to senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic plans. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine corporate strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities.

- Lead strategic projects, working with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the potential impact of strategic initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.

- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership, communicating complex information clearly and concisely to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, supporting their execution and tracking progress against key performance indicators.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful corporate strategies, driving significant business growth and market share gains.

- Proven expertise in strategy consulting methodologies, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.

- MBA or Master's degree in a related field from a top-tier institution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy or Strategy Consulting.
