Drives long-term growth, operational efficiency, design network optimizations, evaluate market trends, and lead high-level executive projects like fleet expansion or digital transformation. Core Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Network Design: Formulate multi-year strategic roadmaps for warehousing, transportation, and fulfilment networks.

- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyse complex datasets regarding transport costs, lead times, and capacity to support executive decision-making.

- Commercial & Vendor Strategy: Evaluate business cases for new routes, charters, or third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships to scale business capabilities.

- Cost Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement global transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings.

- Performance Tracking (KPIs): Establish and monitor key metrics for vendor performance, delivery lead times, and overall supply-chain efficiency.

- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor global freight trends, competitor movements, and emerging supply chain technology to identify market opportunities and risks.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to align logistical capabilities with company growth and customer expectations.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field with Minimum 8+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management

2. Proficiency with supply chain modelling tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

3. Deep understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, rail, road), Incoterms, and global trade dynamics.

4. Superior stakeholder management, strong problem-solving and project management abilities, and exceptional executive communication skill
