IT Strategy Manager

We are looking for an IT Strategy Manager to help top global clients use technology for growth, efficiency, and transformation. You will guide them in redefining business models, improving IT functions, and managing technology-driven change.

Key responsibilities:

- Use technology to help clients enter new markets, create products, and improve services.

- Redesign IT functions to be future-ready (operating models, workforce, GCC strategies).

- Lead or support technology-related M&A projects (mergers, integrations, carve-outs, due diligence).

- Advise clients on digital strategy, sourcing, enterprise architecture, and application portfolio.

- Support GCC (Global Capability Centers) setups across locations.

- Work with senior leaders and clients as a trusted advisor.

- Build business cases, budgets, and financial proposals.

- Create and present expert content for C-level discussions.

Skills:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in strategy consulting (with at least 2 areas such as Tech Strategy, IT Operating Models, M&A advisory, Shared Services, or GCC).

- 3+ years of experience in writing business cases for IT or business transformation.

- 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing projects.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT trends (Cloud, SaaS, AI, Digital, etc.).

- Familiarity with frameworks
