Location: Mumbai - Head Office
- Partner with the President & CEO to drive key strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Track organizational goals, KPIs, and project milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct research, analysis, and prepare high-quality business presentations and reports.
- Manage board meeting preparations, leadership reviews, and executive communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment among leadership teams.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO's office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
- Manage competing priorities efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Required: MBA with 3-7 years in executive support, strategy, or business analysis; proficient in MS Office & Power BI.
