Strategy Manager - CEO Office - HealthTech

A rapidly growing HealthTech organization is seeking a dynamic professional to join its CEO Office - Strategy Team. If you are passionate about shaping strategic direction, driving high-impact initiatives, and working closely with executive leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute at a global scale.

The position plays a pivotal role in formulating, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that drive long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength, strategic mindset, and leadership ability to navigate complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis

- Lead product research, development, and go-to-market planning

- Drive project management across strategic initiatives

- Build strategic presentations for CEO and leadership

- Define objectives, formulate strategies, and track progress through KPIs

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build external partnerships

Requirements

- 4-8 years' relevant experience

- MBA from a premier institute

- Prior experience in Healthtech industry

- Strong research, analytical, and project management skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
