Strategy Leader - FinTech

As part of the Founder's Office / Strategy & Transformation team, the selected leader will work closely with CXOs on critical initiatives that influence the company's long-term direction.

- This includes solving complex business challenges, driving operational excellence, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring cross-functional alignment during scale-up phases.

- The role demands a structured thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.

- Candidates will be expected to evaluate and refine business models, build growth charters, assess investment opportunities, strengthen governance mechanisms, and streamline company-wide planning processes. A key part of the mandate will involve working with product, risk, technology, partnerships, and business leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
