Strategy Lead - Real Estate

Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Strategy Lead Real Estate for a Leading Advisory Firm.

Location: Mumbai

CTC: (Open to Discuss)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field / MBA from a Tier 2 or higher B-school preferred.

Requisite:

- Applicants with 8+ yrs of Relevant work experience in the real estate industry, with 3-5 years in a strategic leadership role.

- Strong understanding of residential and luxury real estate markets, including market trends, customer behaviour, and business dynamics.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Strategic Planning & Business Growth:

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Support leadership in annual business planning, forecasting, and target setting.

- Drive strategic initiatives to improve revenue, profitability, and market share.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Analyse industry data and market intelligence to recommend business opportunities.

- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for new projects, locations, and product launches.

Business Analytics & Reporting:

- Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.

- Analyse business performance across projects, teams, and business verticals.

- Present strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Project Evaluation & Feasibility:

- Assess new projects, locations, and investment opportunities from a commercial and strategic perspective.

- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations.

- Evaluate project positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
