Role & responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives aligned with CXO priorities and business growth objectives.
- Partner closely with senior leadership on transformation, governance, and execution excellence.
- Drive strategic planning and operational reviews across engineering and business functions.
- Manage high-impact cross-functional programs with strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
- Build executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and decision-support mechanisms for leadership teams.
- Enable organizational efficiency through process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
- Work extensively with global stakeholders across strategy, operations, and engineering teams.
- Support leadership in M&A integration, expansion planning, and long-term business roadmap discussions.
Preferred candidate profile:
- BE/B.Tech with Full-Time MBA from Tier-1 / Top 10 B-Schools preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience across Corporate Strategy, CEOs Office, or Strategy Consulting roles.
- Strong exposure to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within Fortune 500 or large engineering-led organizations.
- Experience in driving transformation programs, business planning, and cross-functional strategic projects.
- Proven ability to work closely with CXOs and senior leadership on high-impact business priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to data-driven decision-making.
- Exposure to strategic governance, operating models, performance management, and business reviews.
- Prior experience in consulting firms or in-house strategy teams within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership influencing capabilities.
- High leadership potential with ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed global environments.
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, problem-solving ability, and executive communication skills.
