Looking for a Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions professional with 10-12 years of experience, strong exposure to corporate strategy, financial modelling, business case development, strategic analysis, and project execution. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives, evaluating market opportunities, conducting industry and competitive analysis, and preparing executive-level presentations and financial models. Candidates should have a background in finance, consulting, or investment banking, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and an understanding of the credit ratings or financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the analysis and evaluation of potential Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities, including due diligence processes.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build robust financial and operational models as part of the decision-making process.

3. Develop and present strategic proposals, offering critical insights that align with business objectives.

4. Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external advisors to implement M&A strategies effectively.

5. Support and track deal execution processes, including conducting market and competitor research to identify synergies and growth opportunities.

6. Provide post-transaction analysis to ensure successful integration of the mergers or acquisitions.

7. Stay updated on financial and economic trends that can impact M&A strategies.

Requirements:

1 A minimum of 10 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, strategy, or consulting roles.

2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and project management.

3 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).

4 Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to work effectively with both senior leadership and team members.

5 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results.
