We want to connect if you: 1) Are ambitious in building and scaling the startups for their 0-1 journey. 2) Have current / prior experience as Strategy & ops / Chief of Staff / Founder's Office / CEO's Office. 3) Must have prior experience in the top consulting firms of the world - BCG, Mckinsey, Bain Capital - Mandatory 4) 4-7 years of experience; with MBA / PGDM from Tier-1 colleges. Day to Day Responsibilities: 1) Work with the startup founders directly to streamline the company operations, strategizing to determine paths to success for the company. 2) Setting strategy and direction, creating, living and breathing the startup's culture, values, and behavior. 3) Implementing short- and long-term plans and making important managerial and operational decisions.
