Strategy Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant)

Responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that support the company's goals, ensuring financial health, and optimizing financial operations. Also, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and collaborating with executive leadership to make informed decisions. Manage cash flow, investments, and external relationships with stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and objectives.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timely financial information.

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity and optimize cash resources.

- Direct investment activities and manage investment strategies to maximize returns.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.

- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's financial stability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-5 years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry and Strong understanding of corporate financial planning and risk management.

2. Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations and tax regulations.

3. Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, spot anomalies and assess risks in economic forecasts.

4. Experience with financial management software like ERP and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

7. Strong management and leadership skills.
