Strategy & Consulting Role - Chemicals Materials Industry

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in management consulting and experience in the chemicals / materials industry. The role will focus on driving business strategy, transformation initiatives, and growth projects for clients or internal business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategy consulting engagements for clients in chemicals, specialty chemicals, or materials sector

- Drive business transformation, market entry, and growth strategy projects

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking

- Work closely with cross-functional teams on operations, supply chain, and digital transformation initiatives

- Manage stakeholder relationships (internal & external) and present insights to leadership

- Identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts

- Lead and mentor team members

- 12+ years of experience in management consulting / strategy roles

- Prior experience working with or in the chemical / materials industry (specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, advanced materials preferred)

- Strong understanding of industry value chain, market dynamics, and operations

- Excellent skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management

- Exposure to digital, analytics, or transformation projects is a plus

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
