Our client, a global strategy consulting firm is supporting a leading corporate biopharma company driving innovation through AI-enabled transformation across key business functions. The initiative aims to implement process improvements and leverage digital tools, including AI where applicable, to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and change adoption across the organisation.

The consultant will play a key role in supporting this transformation, helping identify relevant improvement opportunities, drive implementation, and ensure adoption of new processes. This engagement provides an opportunity to influence cross-functional operational outcomes and make a tangible impact on the organisations transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities across functions

- Support change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools, workflows, and processes

- Collaborate with internal client teams and external partners to execute project deliverables

- Monitor progress, provide recommendations, and report on outcomes

- Contribute to process standardisation and operational efficiency initiatives

Your Background:

- 3+ years of relevant experience as a generalist consultant in operational roles, including operations, finance, HR, or related functional areas

- Experience in manufacturing, biopharma, or AI/digital transformation is a plus but not mandatory

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

- Strong problem-solving, execution, and stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable working in cross-functional transformation programs

Other Details:

- Project location: Ahmedabad (4-5 days on-site per week), with travel as per project requirements

- Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable - project duration is of 3 years)
