Strategy Consultant - Management Consulting

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver workstreams across assigned project(s), from planning, analysis to client presentations.

- Create, validate and modify key deliverables produced by project team(s).

- Develop robust and practical frameworks for problems-solving across projects.

- Leverage consulting skillset to manage client relationships, project team members and experts.

- Review, improve and present workstreams deliverables to client during meetings.

- Set agenda, lead and encourage participation from team members during internal discussions.

- Responsible for managing project team for on-time and high-quality delivery of project(s).

- Develop technical proposals and oversee development of business development documents.

- Oversee critical business functions and crucial administrative responsibilities.

- Mentor project team members and provide feedback, highlighting areas of improvement.

- Lead and deliver internal capability development initiatives for firm to create business IP.

Qualifications required:

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and client management skills.

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Strong consulting toolkit (frameworks, story-lining, slide formatting, etc.).

- 4+ years of prior management consulting experience- Big 4 experience will be valued.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Master's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.

- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA, etc.) are preferred.
