Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is seeking an experienced consultant to support a strategic engagement with a client operating at the intersection of consumer technology, travel, and public sector ecosystems. The engagement is part of a broader initiative to define and operationalize a structured program involving stakeholder coordination, strategic planning, and execution oversight.

The consultant will play a key role in structuring program deliverables, driving PMO activities, and supporting strategic documentation and planning. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the consultant will help translate strategic objectives into structured deliverables, support proposal development processes, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development of project scope documents, structured workplans, and key program deliverables.

- Drive PMO activities, including progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, and milestone management.

- Develop Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) and help structure strategic insights around user experience and service delivery.

- Support budget planning and financial tracking for the program.

- Assist with RFP-related documentation and proposal structuring, particularly in public sector contexts.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across consulting teams and client teams to ensure alignment and delivery against project objectives.

Your Background:

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputable institution.

- Prior experience working in consumer technology companies, preferably within the travel sector.

- Exposure to public sector RFP processes and proposal development.

- Strong experience supporting PMO activities, program management, and structured consulting deliverables.

- Ability to develop strategic documentation, frameworks, and presentation-ready outputs.

- Experience working with consulting firms, technology platforms, or digital ecosystem players is highly preferred.
