Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Strategy Consultants with expertise in the BFSI industry to join our exclusive talent network for upcoming engagements.

One of our clients, a global management consulting firm, is supporting a leading public sector bank in India on a digital lending transformation program.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in digital journey design, process re-engineering, and automation within financial services.

The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders and consulting teams to drive end-to-end execution of digital lending journeys enhancing customer experience, streamlining loan processing, and enabling faster credit decisions.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Support the design and implementation of digital lending journeys across products such as retail and MSME loans.

- Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and define digital solutions.

- Conduct process mapping, requirement gathering, and functional documentation for workflow automation and system integration.

- Work closely with consulting leadership and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adoption of new digital processes.

- Provide analytical support to track KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency and turnaround time.

- Contribute to change management and stakeholder training during implementation.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of experience in strategy consulting within the BFSI industry.

- Proven experience in digital journey design, process automation, or re-engineering within financial services.

- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute (e.g., IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) would be advantageous.

Other Details:

- Duration: 6 months (with potential extension based on project needs).

- Location: Pune (preferred) on-site engagement from Monday to Friday, with weekend flybacks flexibility.
