About the role:

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant who partners with enterprises in solving complex business challenges through AI-driven solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and execution. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define implementation roadmaps, and drive successful adoption of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic priorities.

- Lead problem discovery sessions, gather business and technical requirements, and translate them into structured implementation plans.

- Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, success metrics, and strategic recommendations to support key initiatives.

- Evaluate the feasibility, business impact, ROI, and value realization of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.

- Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomes.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and deliver high-impact solutions.

- Assess business processes, operating models, and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI adoption.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define integration approaches, APIs, and data requirements that enable scalable technology solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions with leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, execution plans, and organizational goals.

- Identify risks, resolve ambiguities, and proactively drive decisions across multiple workstreams.

- Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement across strategic initiatives.

- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that improve execution, operational efficiency, and organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

- 5-9 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation, preferably with an MBB (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) or equivalent top-tier consulting background.

- Experience managing client engagements from problem definition through execution.

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges.

- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
