Job Description:
The selected candidate shall plan, organize, track, and execute or supervise activities relating to:
- Company strategy and plans.
- Stakeholder engagement including the Board, GB, donors, etc.
- Fund raising, identifying funding sources, planning and writing proposals, and pitching.
- Strategic communication, branding, marketing, annual reports, impact reports, and data archives.
- Strategic registrations, certifications, and accreditations.
- Plan, execute, or oversee transformational projects and OKRs.
- Operate an internal incubator for new initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic training in sciences, engineering and allied disciplines or economics, finance, or MBA.
- Strong quantitative skills; comfort with data, data analytics, reports, and dashboards.
- Preference may be given to candidates with CA, CS, or MBA (finance, strategy, or marketing) backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of technology development or scientific entrepreneurship is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in general administration and management or experience in entrepreneurial or non-profit management roles.
- Preference may be given to candidates with strategy consulting roles and backgrounds.
- Experience in organizations known for discipline, efficiency, and high ethical standards.
- Candidates with experience and track record with writing proposals, pitching, and writing high quality reports, including an in-depth understanding of Theory of Change frameworks.
