Job Title: Strategy & Project Manager

Reporting to: Founder / CEO
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Strategy & Project Manager who can translate business vision into executable plans and ensure high-impact projects are delivered on time. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero to one.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Planning:
- Drive strategic initiatives such as new product launches, market entry, and partnerships
- Prepare business plans, decks, and leadership dashboards
Project & Program Management:
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects
- Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Ensure alignment across product, tech, sales, marketing, and operations
Execution & Process Excellence:
- Establish lightweight project governance and execution frameworks suitable for a startup
- Improve internal processes for speed, efficiency, and accountability
- Drive data-driven decision-making and performance reviews
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a single point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
- Communicate clearly with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders
- Support investor updates and board presentations
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent project management skills (Agile / PMP / OKRs preferred)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- MBA/BE-Tech or equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or operations
- 210 years of experience in startups, consulting firms, or fast-growing organizations
- Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams is a strong plus
