About the Role:

If you love handling complex projects with multiple cross-functional partners such as Buyer Apps, Seller Apps, Logistics Apps, and Technology Service Providers among others, and solving problems from both 80,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you!

Our Network Expansion team works on the frontline where our vision is evangelized to businesses and government organizations across India. Network Expansion is the primary owner and custodian of all our network participant relationships. Our work starts with Identifying potential Network Participants as well as supporting potential Network Participants who reach out to us.

As Network Expansion, we are the cheerleaders and voice for the Network Participants in the our ecosystem. We are also the primary voice leading the conversation with our Network Participants. We aspire for this complex, business-critical work to be done in a high-quality way while championing the core value proposition across India.

What you will do

- Strategy: Work closely with the Network Expansion leadership to create a shared vision and strategic approach to Mobility in India

- Planning: Build and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for Mobility and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India

- Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the organization and ensuring our Mobility Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time

- Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist city level, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven vdecisions

- Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships

- Execute projects: Step into operational gaps and help our teams execute and bring Mobility Network participants online.

Ideal Candidate

- Deeply passionate about Mobility as a domain with demonstrated experience in solving Mobility problems at scale

- Experience across product management/operations for products such as - Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Bikes, Autos, and Cabs across Intra/Intercity products

- Diverse experience from ground/field operations to central operations and product operations

- Sales and Account Management experience - Super strong, client-first account management culture

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 8-10 years of proven experience (Relaxable for the right candidate)

- Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel/data management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent

- Experience in the Mobility domain, particularly experience with a leading Mobility app in Operations, Strategy or Product teams. Consulting, or related experience is a plus

- High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred

- Outstanding communication and organization skills

- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities

- Great storyteller, can communicate the ONDC vision and mission to network participants, govt departments across both Central and States across India

- Self-motivated, works well independently, and possesses strong organization and time management skill
