About the Role :

We are looking for a high-ownership operator to partner directly with the COO in building and running Assurekit's operating system. This role spans strategy and execution across partner programs, GTM operations, value-added services (VAS) and benefit delivery, operating cadence, data and risk model deployment, and founder-level strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner directly with the COO to drive strategic and operational priorities across the business.

- Own and improve the end-to-end operating system for partner programs.

- Drive GTM operations, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

- Lead operational excellence for VAS and benefit delivery programs.

- Establish and manage business operating cadence, reviews, and governance mechanisms.

- Work with product, data, risk, and business teams to support data and risk model deployment.

- Build dashboards, business reviews, and performance reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.

- Drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.

- Prepare founder and leadership updates, documentation, and decision-support materials.

What We're Looking For :

- 5 - 8 years of experience across Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, Founders Office, COOs Office, consulting, or high-growth startup operating roles.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, dashboards, and BI tools.

- Demonstrated track record of owning initiatives that improved key business metrics.

- Excellent problem-solving, structured thinking, and execution capabilities.

- Strong documentation and communication skills with attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, embedded finance, or platform businesses.

- Exposure to partner-led business models and ecosystem operations.

- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
