Job Description:

- Partner with the CEO in developing and tracking annual and long-term business plans.

- Drive strategic initiatives across lending, payments, partnerships, operations, risk, and technology functions.

- Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.

- Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, and performance reviews for leadership meetings.

- Monitor key business metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
