Strategy & Investor Relations Role


Description:


The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and

stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic
business environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Investor Relations & Presentations:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders to strengthen confidence in the companys strategy.


- Prepare, refine, and deliver impactful investor presentations and pitch materials for financial institutions and strategic partners.


Fund-Raising & Relationship Management:


- Support equity fund-raising initiatives by coordinating with internal teams, investment bankers, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.


- Build and manage long-term relationships with investment bankers, institutional investors, and other financial partners.


Valuation, Financial Modelling & Negotiation


- Develop detailed financial models to support valuations, strategic initiatives, and fundraising discussions.


- Oversee financial analysis and support commercial negotiations with potential investors, partners, or acquirers.


Market Research & Benchmarking


- Conduct in-depth industry and competitor research, identify emerging trends, and benchmark performance to highlight opportunities and risks.


Strategic & Business Reviews:


- Prepare strategic dashboards, board reports, and business review documents for senior leadership.


- Identify key business drivers and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.


Due Diligence & Deal Structuring


- Coordinate financial, legal, and operational due diligence activities with relevant internal and external parties.


- Contribute to structuring M&A, partnerships, and joint venture deals, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements.


Qualifications & Experience Required:


Education:


- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent degree with a strong academic track record.


Experience:


- 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or
NBFC financial strategy roles.


Skills & Attributes Required:


- Financial Expertise: Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.


- Communication & Presentation: Excellent ability to create and deliver high-impact
presentations to investors and stakeholders.


- Fund-Raising Experience: Proven exposure to investor relations, deal structuring,
or fundraising in a financial services context.


- Strategic Thinking: Strong commercial acumen and ability to align financial
strategy with business growth objectives.


- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple internal and external
stakeholders under tight timelines.


- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a proactive problem-solving
approach.
