Our client is a multi-billion dollar, family-led diversified industrial group with operations spanning mobility, precision engineering, design, and technology across multiple countries. The Chairman's Office in London drives the group's global growth strategy, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. This is a high-access, high-accountability environment that operates at the intersection of strategy and execution.

Reporting into senior leadership within the Chairman's Office (who reports directly to the Chairman), this role places you at the centre of the group's most consequential strategic decisions. You will work with close and frequent exposure to the Chairman himself. This is an execution-heavy role - not an advisory one. You will own workstreams from origination through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic growth initiatives and market expansion across the group's verticals and geographies

- Build and execute strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances - from origination to close

- Prepare investor materials, teasers, and IM for capital raising and PE / sovereign wealth fund engagement

- Support fundraising and investor relations workstreams with institutional and strategic financial partners

- Develop and manage high-value BD pipelines with institutional customers and key accounts

- Prepare board-level presentations, briefing notes, and strategic materials to an exceptional standard

- Own the end-to-end execution of Chairman-sponsored strategic priorities

Ideal Candidate

- 1-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, a founder's or CEO's office, or a corporate strategy function

- Degree from LSE, LBS, Imperial, UCL, Oxbridge, IIM, ISB, or an equivalent top-tier European or Indian institution

- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication - board-ready output from day one

- London-based or willing to relocate immediately - full on-site commitment required

- Track record of execution, not just analysis - you have moved things to completion

Strong to Have:

- Exposure to Indian industrial groups, family businesses, or conglomerates

- Experience supporting fundraising, M&A transactions, or investor relations

- International profile - studied or worked across multiple geographies
