Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business and consulting stakeholders to define transformation opportunities using AI and data

- Translate complex business challenges into actionable use cases and strategic initiatives

- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape and deliver effective solutions

- Build robust business cases, implementation roadmaps and executive-level narratives

- Act as the connector between strategy teams and technical functions, ensuring alignment and impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in strategy, analytics or data transformation consulting

- Strong understanding of consulting workflows and the role of data/AI in enabling business value

- Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadership

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independently

- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high ownership
