Strategy & Consulting Role - Value Creation/Operational Due Diligence Team

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced strategy and consulting professional to join our Value Creation / Operational Due Diligence (ODD) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational due diligence, business consulting, cost optimization, financial modelling, benchmarking, and enterprise transformation.

You will work closely with global teams and clients to identify operational improvement opportunities, assess value creation initiatives, and support strategic decision-making throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Operational Due Diligence (ODD) engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.

- Conduct cost optimization, operational assessments, and value creation analyses across business functions.

- Develop financial models, business cases, and opportunity assessments to support strategic recommendations.

- Analyse financial and operational data to identify efficiency improvements and growth opportunities.

- Perform functional and competitive benchmarking to evaluate business performance.

- Assess organizational structures, operating models, and value chains to recommend transformation initiatives.

- Work with large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights.

- Prepare high-quality client reports, presentations, and executive-level recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver consulting engagements.

- Support business development activities, proposal creation, and thought leadership initiatives.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
