About the Role:

A leading financial services organization (pre-IPO) is looking to hire a Strategy Analyst to support its upcoming IPO and long-term strategic initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership on investor relations, capital market interactions, and strategic planning. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, experience in investment banking/equity capital markets, and a CA background.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations (Primary Focus)

- Support the development and execution of the investor relations strategy in preparation for IPO.

- Prepare investor communication materials: presentations, investor decks, Q&A briefs, factsheets, market commentaries, and earnings updates.

- Track market trends, peer performance, and analyst reports to support investor insights.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as bankers, analysts, advisors, and rating agencies.

Strategy & Corporate Planning

- Assist in strategic projects, market assessments, business performance reviews, and competitive benchmarking.

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct financial analysis, and prepare strategic recommendations.

- Support leadership in preparing board-level documents and strategy reviews.

- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, product strategies, and long-term value-creation plans.

Key Requirements:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in Strategy / Investment Banking / Equity Capital Markets / Transaction Advisory.

- CA qualified (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuations, capital markets and investor expectations.

- Excellent skills in financial modelling, research, and presentation preparation.

- Ability to work under tight timelines, especially during IPO preparation phases.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to IPO transactions, equity fundraises, or investor communication.

- Experience working with BFSI/Asset Management/Financial Institutions is a plus.
