We're looking for a Brand Communication & Creative Strategist for our client, a D2C Health and Wellness brand based in Bangalore. Someone with 3-6 years of experience in copywriting to be the driving force behind our brand's voice and vision. This role goes beyond high-level strategy, it's about leading with creativity, owning the narrative, and crafting content that truly connects. Location: Bangalore Mode: 5 days, on-site Responsibilities: - Lead Content Creation: Be the primary writer for a diverse range of digital-first content, including compelling ad copy (especially for Meta platforms), engaging social media posts, insightful blog articles, and effective email communications. - Strategize & Conceptualize: Develop and execute creative communication strategies that align with our brand's core messaging, business storyline, and visual identity. You'll conceptualize the "what" and then write the "how." - Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with the Brand Head, marketing, and design teams to translate strategic goals into high-impact campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. - Audience-First Approach: Deeply understand our target audience and tailor content to their preferences, ensuring messages are clear, concise, and drive engagement and conversion for our online-heavy brand. - Optimize for Growth: Leverage your understanding of digital platforms and analytics to optimize content for discoverability and performance, constantly seeking ways to improve. - Brand Guardian: Champion a consistent and compelling brand voice across all communication channels, maintaining our unique personality and positioning. Requirements: - 4-5 years of proven experience in brand communication, creative strategy, and hands-on content/copywriting, with a strong focus on digital (especially Meta and retention communications). - A compelling portfolio showcasing your ability to craft diverse and impactful written content for online platforms. - Exceptional conceptual thinking paired with a mastery of language - impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading skills are a must. - Deep understanding of online business growth drivers and how content directly contributes to conversion and engagement
