The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with 2-4 years of relevant post-MBA experience to join our People team.
This role is perfect for a business-minded TA professional who can translate corporate strategy and financial goals into actionable, data-driven hiring plans.
You will be instrumental in scaling our team, optimizing our recruiting investment, and driving our long-term talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Planning & Analytics (40%):
Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, using your business acumen to understand departmental P&Ls, product roadmaps, and growth targets to forecast talent needs accurately.
Recruiting ROI & Budget: Analyze recruiting expenditures, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics, providing recommendations for optimizing budget allocation and proving the return on investment (ROI) for talent acquisition initiatives.
Talent Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth labor market analysis, competitive salary benchmarking, and talent mapping to inform leadership on build-vs-buy decisions and new market entry strategies.
Process Optimization: Apply business process re-engineering principles to the entire hiring lifecycle, identifying and eliminating waste to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.
Full-Cycle Sourcing & Execution (40%):
High-Impact Sourcing: Lead the sourcing and closing of critical, niche, and leadership roles across technical (e.g., Engineering, Product) and corporate functions.
Stakeholder Management: Coach and consult hiring managers on structured interviewing, offer negotiation strategies, and how to articulate the companys value proposition effectively.
Negotiation: Oversee complex offer negotiations, particularly those involving equity, bonuses, and non-standard compensation packages.
Leadership & Employer Branding (20%):
DE&I Strategy: Architect and execute data-driven strategies to improve diversity across all hiring pipelines, measuring progress against established DE&I targets.
Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, technology vendors, and external sourcing platforms.
Talent Technology: Drive the selection and implementation of new TA technologies (AI tools, CRMs, etc.) to ensure our tech stack supports a best-in-class hiring operation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- 2-4 years of focused, full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced corporate or high-growth environment (e.g., Tech, Consulting, Finance).
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into hiring strategies and presenting data-driven recommendations to C-level or senior leadership.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and closing senior/executive-level candidates.
- Strong command of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and experience using reporting features for strategic analysis
