The role involves analyzing market trends, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic procurement goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement category-wise sourcing strategies.

- Conduct supplier evaluation, bench-marking, and performance reviews.

- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure contract compliance.

- Collaborate with business units for cost reduction and process improvement.

Candidate Profile :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 510 years experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

- Strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in managing global vendors preferred.
