Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10-15 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors.

- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

- Experience in cost optimization and supply chain management.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
