Strategic Planning Manager - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans

- Work closely with CEO and cross-functional teams (Finance, Business Development, etc.) on business planning, financial modeling, and addressing operational challenges

- Track governance metrics and project implementation, including key KPIs

- Support in market analysis and preparation of performance dashboards

- Develop decision-making frameworks and reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Assist leadership in stakeholder communication and strategic reviews

- Provide strategic support on special projects and initiatives for company growth
