- Identify partnership opportunities where Company's platform can enhance employee financial wellness, retention, and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to design, pitch, and deliver customized partnership models aligned with client HR strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, understanding their challenges and translating them into tailored solutions.
- Represent Company at HR leadership forums, CHRO roundtables, and industry conferences to strengthen thought leadership and visibility.
- Own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting to strategic account management, ensuring sustained adoption and impact.
- Track and deliver against partnership pipeline, strategic goals, and regional growth targets.
