- The Partner supports relationship management and program development for the establishment, development, formation and maintenance of chapters in India, including strong and effective volunteer partnerships. - The Partner will lead and oversee chapter development programs and their successful execution to ensure vibrancy and growth of chapters; including Chapter formation and reorganization processes, Region meeting support, strategic alignment and core service requirements, high level of chapter governance and compliance, and additional program development to support long-term engagement and specialized needs for the region. - The Partner participates in the development and execution of engagement and communications strategies among chapters and internal departments to enable open dialogue to identify and resolve challenges and identify opportunities. - The Partner works with the staff and volunteer team to cultivate alignment and development of chapters to assure understanding of market dynamics, customer satisfaction and mutually beneficial relationships that progress the profession and advance company's strategic plan.
