About The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead - Corporate Sales to spearhead our client's B2B2C business charter. In this high-impact role, you'll own the strategy and execution for acquiring and managing corporate partnerships, working closely with senior HR, Finance, and Rewards stakeholders to integrate innovative financial wellness offerings into employee benefit programs.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strong enterprise sales skills with strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities and is excited about driving engagement, product adoption, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Proactively identify and onboard new corporate clients aligned with our financial wellness vision.
- Pitch and position the full suite of products as part of employer-sponsored benefit programs.
- Establish strong footholds with key decision-makers: HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance teams.
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Act as the go-to partner for corporate clients, managing relationships end-to-end.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies and ensure ongoing value delivery.
- Drive client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships and referrals.
Employee Engagement & Product Activation:
- Partner with marketing and product teams to deliver impactful engagement campaigns.
- Host physical and virtual sessions (webinars, events, workshops) to drive awareness and activation.
- Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize activation strategies.
Revenue & Growth Ownership:
- Own and deliver on revenue and usage targets from assigned accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing corporate clients.
- Champion client retention through continuous consultative engagement and innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2B2C sales or enterprise account management.
- Proven track record of navigating complex corporate environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with financial products such as investments, insurance, lending, or employee wellness.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
