- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory.

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join the Founder's Office as a Strategic Initiatives Lead.

- This role is ideal for someone with a strong product mindset, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in go-to market execution.

- You will work directly with the founder to drive high-impact projects, shape company strategy, and ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution - Work with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.

Program Management - Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.

Product Thinking - Apply a product-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer centricity and scalability in all initiatives.

Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.

Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and drive execution.

Business Analysis & Insights - Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, including competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and performance tracking.

Founder Support - Drive thought leadership across business verticals, prepare strategic briefs, investor updates, and business plans.
