
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join the Founder's Office as a Strategic Initiatives Lead. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product mindset, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in go-to market execution. You will work directly with the founder to drive high-impact projects, shape company strategy and ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution - Work with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.
- Program Management - Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.
- Product Thinking - Apply a product-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer centricity and scalability in all initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
- Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and drive execution.
- Business Analysis & Insights - Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, including competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and performance tracking.
- Founder Support - Drive thought leadership across business verticals, prepare strategic briefs, investor updates, and business plans.
Qualification:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, product management, consulting, or GTM roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory.
