Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join the Founder's Office as a Strategic Initiatives Lead. This Senior Leadership role requires a strong Product Mindset and acute Strategic Acumen to drive high-impact programs and shape company strategy within India's pioneering Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) platform. The Lead will work directly with the Founder to execute strategic priorities, lead complex Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, leverage deep Business Analysis for decision support, and ensure measurable impact across the global and rapidly expanding mobile security ecosystem.

Job Description:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Work directly with the Founder and Senior Leadership to define, prioritize, and execute high-impact strategic priorities, focusing on market expansion, new business model creation, and operational excellence across the organization.

- Conduct deep-dive Business Analysis & Insights, including rigorous Competitive Benchmarking, customer segmentation analysis, and performance tracking (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making and strategic shifts.

- Apply a disciplined Strategic Thinking approach to problem-solving, ensuring long-term scalability and customer centricity across all new initiatives, aligning with the platform's proprietary RASP technology architecture.

- Prepare and refine critical documentation, including strategic briefs, investor updates, and detailed business plans for review by the Founder and institutional investors (Bessemer Venture Partners, Bajaj Finance).

Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership and Product Thinking:

- Lead end-to-end GTM planning and technical execution for new products, services, and market entries into high-growth sectors like Banking, FinTech, and EdTech.

- Apply a sharp Product Thinking approach to define market positioning, pricing strategies, launch sequencing, and sales enablement materials for cutting-edge mobile app and AI Security solutions.

- Drive program management for strategic programs, establishing comprehensive plans, milestones, and monitoring frameworks to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and the delivery of measurable organizational results.

- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the strategic roadmap aligns with key customer insights and addresses sophisticated mobile threats through innovative platform capabilities.

Cross-functional Leadership and Founder Support:

- Act as a central conduit, demonstrating Influencing skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operationsto align on shared goals and drive coordinated execution across the global footprint (Middle East, US, India).

- Serve as an extension of the Founder, driving thought leadership across relevant business verticals and representing the company's strategic vision internally and externally.

- Ensure seamless operational improvements by evaluating current processes and recommending technological or workflow enhancements to support rapid scale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Mandatory 8+ years of experience in managing complex technology programs, product management, or strategy consulting, with a focus on high-growth technology companies.

- Core Acumen: Proven expertise in Strategic Planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) execution, and a strong Product Mindset.

- Analysis: Expert proficiency in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, and Competitive Analysis to support executive decision-making.

- Domain Exposure: Working knowledge or strong interest in Cybersecurity, Mobile Security, RASP, and/or FinTech/Banking Technology.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, drive execution across cross-functional teams, and provide clear strategic guidance.

- Education: Mandatory Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills:

- Education: MBA or an advanced degree from a reputed institution is highly preferred.

- Certifications: Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing) or Strategy (e.g., Lean/Agile).

- Financial Expertise: Experience building detailed financial models or business cases for new product lines and market entries.

- Program Tools: Proficiency with enterprise project and portfolio management tools for program tracking and reporting.

- Investor Relations: Direct experience preparing materials for venture capital (VC) or institutional investors.
