We're now seeking a Strategic HR Partner-a seasoned professional who's completed their corporate tenure and is ready to co-create and co-lead a business with vision, values, and velocity.

Who We're Looking For
- A veteran from the recruitment/staffing industry, ideally with 20+ years of experience
- Strong exposure to revenue management, client acquisition, and strategic hiring
- Well-connected within the HR fraternity, CHRO circles, and industry forums
- Comfortable with sales, marketing, and event-based networking
- Ready to mentor, guide, and build a small business into a scalable venture
- Believes in value creation through relationships, execution, and consistency-not financial investment
Role Highlights
- Build and manage client relationships across recruitment and staffing verticals
- Drive onboarding, follow-ups, and revenue collection with professionalism and clarity
- Represent the brand at industry events, HR forums, and networking platforms
- Co-create outreach strategies across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- Mentor junior team members and shape operational processes
- Earn through a partner-sharing model-linked to client acquisition and revenue milestones
