Role Overview:

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be a key advisor to business leaders, translating business strategy into effective HR practices and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to understand their priorities, identify talent needs, and develop solutions that drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role directly impacts the success of our consulting teams by ensuring we have the right talent, culture, and processes in place to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR plans.

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing consultants.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as employee engagement, performance, and retention.

- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

- Ensure HR compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Proven expertise in talent management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep understanding of HR compliance requirements and best practices.

- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
