- Build initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen culture, and improve team effectiveness across functions.
4. Talent Management:
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and career growth programs across teams.
5. People Analytics & Insights:
- Use data to identify patterns, preempt issues, and inform decision-making on attrition, hiring, and engagement.
6. Change Management & Communication:
- Support the rollout of key business and HR transformation initiatives; ensure effective communication and adoption.
7. Policy, Compliance & Operational Excellence:
- Ensure HR processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with company values and culture.
