Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic, analytical thinker to join our Strategy team at the Group level. This role is all about driving insight-rich, forward-looking initiatives that support the company's long-term vision. You'll work on high-impact strategy assignments, partner with cross-functional teams, and help identify untapped opportunities for innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support company-level strategy assignments aligned with the Group's overarching goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis across focus areas, translating data into clear strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate brainstorming and ideation workshops to generate bold, creative solutions.
- Explore and evaluate new business models, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities and roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- MBA from reputed institute
- 8-12 years of experience in strategy roles; consulting experience highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for structured thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and executing on big ideas.
